Return Policy

As a customer, you always have 14 days right under the law on distance contracts and contracts away from business premises. That means if you buy a product over the Internet, you have the option to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins from the date you or your agent has received the goods.

You may not have used the product but to know if you want an item, you may examine it. You may not use a product or handle it in a way that is not necessary. If you do that, we have the right to demand compensation for the product's depreciation. The decrease in value is assessed from case to case. The product must be returned in their original packaging with accompanying notes and packaging.

The right does not apply to goods made specifically for consumer taste or who have clearly personalized.

Opening buy and exchange goods

You have right to exchange and return policy of 14 days after you received the goods. That means you can switch to another color/size or simply return because you are not satisfied with what you ordered. The product must be returned in their original packaging with accompanying notes and packaging. Of course, you get your money back for the goods, once we received the return and found that the product is in original condition.

The money is deposited in your account or may be sent an invoice with the updated amount. Note that it may take up to two weeks before the money is returned to your account because of handling and post. Any shipping and handling fee (invoice) will still be charged to the customer.

The right / Open purchase and replacement does not apply to goods made specifically for consumer taste or who have clearly personalized.

Return costs regarding use of the right of withdrawal, exchange or return of goods, you as a customer. The customer is also responsible for the returns will arrive in original condition to us, so it is important that you package the product so that it is protected well.


Complaint

If you receive a defective or incorrect, you should promptly contact us by email or phone, but no later than within 10 days. Your opinions are highly valued, therefore we ask you to be clear and precise when describing the error of your being. Write also if you want a new product or your money back. Upon receiving your complaint, and approved a new being sent or they put the money into your account. Of course we are responsibe for return freight for approved claims.
