Are your jewelry made of real silver?
Yes! All our jewelry is made of 925 Sterling silver.
Are your jewelry nickel-free?
Absolutely. All our jewelry is completely nickel-free.
Does silver tarnish?
Real silver can darken slightly over time due to natural oxidation. Don’t worry – it’s easy to restore the shine with a soft polishing cloth or silver polish.
Where are the pieces designed?
All our jewelry is designed by us in Borås, Sweden.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Silver jewelry looks best when worn often! Store it dry, dark, and airtight when not in use. Avoid perfume, lotion, and chemicals directly on the jewelry. Polish regularly to maintain its shine.
Is your jewelry water-resistant?
Yes, our jewelry can handle water, but avoid sea water and chlorinated water.
How do I know my ring size?
Our sizes are given as inner diameter. Measure a ring you already own that fits well, or measure the circumference of your finger with a strip of paper or thread and divide by π (3.14) to get the diameter.
Ordering & Payment
Which payment methods do you offer?
We use Klarna for secure payments. You can pay by card, Swish or invoice.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible – if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can usually help.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast is delivery?
We usually ship within 1 business day. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose.
Where are the jewelry items shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Borås, Sweden.
Can I send an order to a different address, for example as a gift?
Absolutely! You can enter a different delivery address at checkout. We'll wrap your gift for you and write a personal message, if you want - with no extra charge.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs 29–79 SEK depending on the chosen delivery option. PostNord brev are free for orders over 500 SEK.
Can I track my order?
PostNord varubrev and paket to pick-up points are trackable. Standard PostNord letters are not trackable once they leave our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Sweden.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return my jewelry?
Yes! You have 14 days to cancel your purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that this does not apply to customized jewelry.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please reuse the original packaging or a padded envelope. You are responsible for return shipping. Send your return to:

What if the jewelry arrives damaged?
Please send us a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
